Hello Kenya: Mindset Training Built on Science, Delivered Through Technology
Hello Kenya is being built with sport psychologists, coaches and athletes to make personalised mindset training available at every level of sport.

Physical preparation in Kenyan sport is world class. Mental preparation is largely informal — absorbed from a coach, a senior athlete, or not at all.
Hello Kenya, within the Nova Capital Holdings group, is building a product that closes that gap: structured mindset training, grounded in sport psychology, delivered through technology and personalised to the athlete using it.
Grounded in practice
The programme design is developed with practising sport psychologists and coaches rather than adapted from generic wellness content. Sessions are short, specific and tied to the demands of competition — pressure, recovery from error, routine, focus under fatigue.
Grounded in sport psychology. Delivered through technology. Driven by human experience.
Personalised, not generic
The platform adapts to the sport, the level and the athlete's own reported state. A junior footballer in Nairobi and a distance runner in camp need different work, and the product treats that as the starting point.
Every level of sport
The intent is reach: not only elite squads but school teams, clubs and individual athletes who would never otherwise sit with a psychologist. Cost and language are treated as design constraints.
Culture as context
Kenyan sport carries its own culture of endurance, humility and community expectation. The content is written inside that context rather than imported from elsewhere.
Hello Kenya is in active development. The group publishes progress as it is made.
